On Sunday morning June 19th, at 0106, Clallam County Fire District 3 responded to a reported vehicle accident at 7810 Old Olympic Hwy. Crews arrived on scene to find one vehicle into a power pole. One occupant was still inside and unresponsive. The Power pole was severed and it was unknown if the power lines were active.

Crews carefully disassembled the vehicle around the patient and after 37 minutes, the patient was extricated from the car. Airlift was requested and landed at Sequim Valley Airport where the patient was flown to Harbor View Hospital.

Condition of the patient is unknown at the time of this release.
